    Come out and beat the heat by joining the Roanoke Sheriff’s office at Fallon Park from 11am-1pm for Hot Dog Day! RAYSAC will be on site giving out prizes, medication safety items, and educational handouts.

  • Botetourt County Camp LEO

    RAYSAC is teaming up with the Botetourt County Sheriff’s office to participate in Camp LEO 2026! We are showing up to camp with games and prizes for Botetourt County youth who can show what they know about youth substance abuse prevention and education.

    RAYSAC is proud to partner with Roanoke City Schools to provide resources to families during their annual Back to School Extravaganza. This year we are bringing medication safety items, prizes for the children, and educational tools for parents and teens.

    RAYSAC is a member of the Community Coalitions of Virginia (CCOVA), a statewide advocacy group for community coalitions like us across Virginia. We are attending CCOVA’s annual Summit in Staunton, Va. to network with like minded allies and discuss the unique challenges that community coalitions face together.

    Join us as we celebrate Red Ribbon week in schools throughout the Roanoke Valley! RAYSAC offers cash prizes for unique and educational Red Ribbon week programs through our annual contests. Volunteers are always needed to judge and assist with rewarding the schools.
