We at RAYSAC know how important it for us to continue our mission at this time. In this new world of uncertainty, there is not a single person who has not had to make an adjustment to his/her life. We recognize that staying home and social distancing ourselves from those closest to us can take a toll. We are here to help you cope, find hope, and connect you to important resources and information. According to the CDC Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a new and never before seen infectious virus first seen in Wuhan, China. The virus is believed to be spread through respiratory droplets of infected persons. 


Difficulty Breathing


Wear a mask in public places
Avoid contact with sick people
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
Sneeze or cough into a tissue or your elbow
Maintain physical distancing recommendations of 6ft or more
Don’t touch eyes, nose, or mouth
Disinfect objects and surfaces

Get together with closest friends
Family reunion
Isolate yourself from others
You can hang out with others just because they social distance
Going to essential stores ‘just because’
You can’t leave your house
You can’t go outside

Go out only once a week for groceries
Be at least 6ft or more apart from others whenever possible
Staying virtually connected to friends and family
Going to work if you are ‘essential’
Going for a walk and practicing physical space distancing
