RE: After Prom Grand Finale Event 2009
This year marks the 20th year for the After Prom Grand Finale. This year's event will take place on Sunday, June 7th at Valley View Mall, 1:00pm. Once again RAYSAC and First Team Auto Mall will be giving away a 2009 Nissan Versa.
Our second After Prom Grand Finale meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2009 at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare (3517 Brandon Ave SW, Roanoke, VA 24018). A light dinner will be served. This is a very important meeting before the Event. We will go over all rules and requirements and have the sign up for tasks for each representative for the day of the event. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.
If you have not submitted the registration fee of $100.00 please bring a check to this meeting or you may mail a check to RAYSAC. If you have any questions please email me at rbemis@brbh.org or call me at 982-1427.
It is mandatory that each registered school attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend please recruit someone to stand in for your school. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call me (Ray) at 540-982-1427. See you on May 4th.
