Qualifier Guidelines
RAYSAC AFTER PROM GRAND
FINALE EVENT 2010
QUALIFIERS AND/OR ALTERNATES
Congratulations! We want to
thank you for staying alcohol, tobacco and drug free. There
are
just a few guidelines that qualifiers/alternates must adhere
to:
1. To qualify to win the car, you must be a junior or senior, have attended your OWN school's After Prom Party and been chosen as a qualifier or alternate from that party. You DO NOT have to have a drivers license to win.
2. You must attend the RAYSAC After Prom Grand Finale Event on June 6, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Valley View Mall in the Marble Court area.
3. Please bring a letter from your insurance company stating that if you win the car you will be covered by liability insurance. This way you can drive the car home that evening. In the event you do not have proof of insurance, you will pick up the car later in the week. This option also allows the dealer to have the vehicle "road ready". The car can be titled in someone else name (ie. parents or guardian).
4. Qualifiers need to be registered before 1:30 p.m. Alternates will be allowed to take any of your own school's qualifier's place if they have not registered by that time.
5. Should you have a school sanctioned event the day of the Grand Finale or
a medical emergency, you may have a proxy stand in for you. Your proxy must be the approximate age as you are. Let your school representative know about this as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to make sure your proxy understands all the rules and regulations. If your proxy wins the car they are obligated to turn it over to you. All other prizes won by the proxy are theirs to keep.6. Should you decide not to come to the Mall to try for the car; an alternate
will take your place. You must call your school representative and let them know you will not be attending. They will then call one of the alternates to take your place. If an alternate wins the car or other prizes, they are theirs to keep.7. If you win one of the bicycles you will have to set up a time and date with
Cardinal Bicycle to get fitted for the bike and accessories. These bicycles and accessories will not and cannot be traded in for money or any other equipment.8. The winner of the vehicle is responsible for paying the taxes and titling fees. These fees are approximately between $400 and $600.
8. Should you win the car, IT WILL NOT AND CANNOT BE TRADED IN FOR
MONEY OR ANY OTHER VEHICLE. Representatives from First Team
Hyundai will discuss all the details with you.9. Should you have any questions, contact your school representative listed
