RAYSAC AFTER PROM GRAND FINALE EVENT 2010
PROXY GUIDELINES
1. You have been asked to stand in for a qualifier who has a
school-sanctioned event or a medical emergency. You must be the
approximate age of this qualifier.2. You must attend the RAYSAC After Prom Grand Finale Event on
June 6, 2010 in the Marble Court.3. Proxies need to be registered before 1:30 p.m. Alternates will be
allowed to take any respective school's qualifier's/proxy's place if they
have not registered by that time.4. If you win the car you are obligated to turn it over to the qualifier whose
place you are taking.
5. If you win the car, it is up to you to take the information back to the
qualifier. They are responsible for getting a letter on their insurance
carriers stationery stating: should they win the 2009 Nissan Versa,
the car will have liability insurance coverage when it is signed over by
First Team Hyundai.6. All other prizes won by the proxy are theirs to keep, excluding the car.
The proxy is obligated to only turn over the car to the designated qualifier.
7. If you win one of the bicycles you will receive information on where
to make an appointment to be fitted for the bike and accessories.
These bicycles and accessories will not and cannot be traded in for
money or any other equipment.8. Should you have any questions, contact your school representative
listed below or contact Ray Bemis, RAYSAC After Prom
Co-Chair, at 540-982-14279. Should you win any prizes you will be having photographs taken
for promotional purposes.
