After Prom Grand Finale Participation Trainings

Your school is invited to participate in the RAYSAC After Prom Grand Finale, June 6, 2010. There will be two training sessions held to help you plan for the event.

The first training will be held March 8, 2010

The second training will be held May 3, 2010

The trainings will include information on:

• The requirements for participation in the After Prom Grand Finale Event
• How to plan a successful after prom event
• Information on topics relevant to why we do the After Prom Grand Finale
